ABOUT US.

ABOUT US.

ABOUT US.

ZAAG was built for people who expect a lot from themselves.
Not in one area of life, but across all of it.

It came from years spent in environments where standards are high and the pace is sustained — elite sport, high-pressure business, fast-moving startups. Places where performance is measured, but regulation is rarely discussed.

Over time, it became clear that most conversations about performance were incomplete.

They focused on outputs.

On symptoms.

On how something feels in the moment.

What was missing was the system underneath.

Capacity isn’t a question of effort.

It’s a function of nervous system regulation.

Once you see that, the landscape changes.

I built ZAAG from that perspective.

To support the system that determines how much capacity is available.

The name comes from zig-zag.

A reminder that progress isn’t linear — and neither is capacity.

All biology works in rhythm.

Inhale - exhale

Stimulus - adaptation

Work - rest

ZAAG exists to support that rhythm.
